Why semi-private

How your plan gets built

Your goal sets the timeline.
Your coach builds the plan.

No off-the-shelf programs. One membership, built around your goal at a free consult, trained in coached 6-week blocks with the same crew showing up beside you.

01

The consult

15 minutes with Sheryl or Jess. Free, no pressure.

Your goal, your date, your history, your schedule. You leave with the plan and the quote from one conversation - not guesses from a pricing page.

03

6-week blocks

Check in, measure, re-aim. Every block.

Your training runs in coached 6-week blocks with a check-in at each turn. Wedding 12 weeks out? Two blocks pointed at one date. Hit it, set the next one.

In season now

Summer Ready. Training for a trip, a season, a date on the calendar? Bring it to your consult - we'll aim your blocks at it.

Class types

Four ways to move.
One progression.

Class types rotate through the week. You're not picking sides - you're getting a balanced training week, programmed by coaches who think in seasons, not single sessions.

Strength

FIT Strong

Pure strength work. Compound lifts, accessories, time under tension. The session that builds the foundation.

Mixed

FIT Hybrid

Strength + conditioning blended into one session. The most-attended class - for good reason.

Mobility

FIT Move

Movement and mobility. The class your hips, shoulders, and back have been begging for.

Conditioning

FIT Burn

High-intensity conditioning. Short, sharp engine work that earns the rest of your day.

20+ time slots a week - mornings from 6:15, lunch hours, evenings to 6:30, weekend mornings included. Whatever days you pick, the rotation cycles you through every class type over a month.

Any class, $30 drop-in - no consult needed. Outdoor classes are on this summer - same coaches, fresh air, on the schedule.

Before you book

Questions we get.

Is the program too hard if I'm just starting out?

No - and that's the most-asked question on intake calls. Every session is scaled. Coaches adapt every movement to your current strength, mobility, and confidence. A beginner and a 6-year member can train in the same room, both progressing, at their own pace.

How many classes a week is enough?

Three is the floor for real change; two is the maintenance baseline. Most members land on three to four, plus a class on weekends. Your membership is built around that volume - too few sessions and progress slows; too many and recovery suffers.

What if I have an injury or a pre-existing condition?

We'll ask about injuries and health history on the consult call - it's a standard part of the intake. We've worked with post-surgery rebuilds, chronic back pain, knee replacements, post-natal returns, and more. The coach will program around it - or if it's outside our scope, we'll point you toward a physio first (there's a physiotherapy clinic right inside Evolve) and welcome you back when you're ready.

Can I freeze my membership if I travel?

Yes. Members travel for work and life - freezing is built in. Just tell Sheryl ahead of time. Most pauses are 1-4 weeks; longer holds are handled case-by-case.

Do you have showers / changing rooms?

Yes - full Evolve Strength Downtown facility access included. Showers, towel service available, steam room, and other amenities. Lock up, train, shower, head into your day.
